Tandoori Massala

All dishes are barbecued in the tandoor first – cooked in marinated sauce with onion, coconut, spices and herbs – medium or hot.

Tandoori

Tandoori dishes are marinated in yogurt with herbs and spices and then cooked in a tandoor. Served with salad and yogurt sauce.
